DTF Gang Sheets – Ready to Press

Email us your own ready-to-print gang sheet and we'll print it in-house on our Epson SureColor G6070 DTF printer.

Simply email your PNG file, choose your sheet size, and we'll handle the printing.

After placing your order, email your artwork and order number.

Our DTF transfers feature vibrant colors, excellent wash durability, and strong adhesion on cotton, polyester, blends, and many other fabrics.

Printed locally in British Columbia and available for shipping or pickup in Lillooet.

Artwork Requirements

• PNG format only
• Transparent background required
• Minimum 300 DPI at final print size
• Artwork must be sized exactly as you want it printed
• Do not mirror or reverse your artwork
• Colors may vary slightly from screen to print
• Files are printed exactly as submitted

Important

Please ensure your artwork is print-ready before emailing. LexEm Creations does not edit, resize, recolor, or modify customer artwork unless design services have been purchased separately.

Because transfers are custom printed, refunds cannot be issued for artwork submitted incorrectly.

DTF Pressing Instructions

• Temperature: 143°C–154°C (290°F–310°F), depending on garment and material
• Pressure: Medium-High
• Time: 8–12 seconds
• Peel: Hot/Warm Peel
• Repress: 5 seconds using parchment paper, butcher paper, or a finishing sheet

Always perform a test press before production runs and adjust settings as required for your specific heat press and garment.

This film features a true matte finish. Unlike glossy films, it does not appear shiny, giving your prints a premium, non-reflective look.
