Refund Policy

All products sold by LexEm Creations are custom-made to order.

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, DTF transfers, sublimation transfers, stickers, decals, mugs, and promotional products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Customer supplied artwork
• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
• Spelling, design, or approval errors provided by the customer
• Change of mind purchases

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and your order number so we can review and resolve the problem.

DTF and sublimation transfers are printed exactly as supplied. Files are printed as-is and are not reviewed for spelling, image quality, transparency issues, or sizing unless design services were specifically purchased.
