What file types do you accept?

We accept PNG (preferred), PDF, EPS, and SVG files.

What resolution should my artwork be?

For best results, artwork should be a minimum of 300 DPI at the final print size.

Do you edit artwork?

No. Files are printed exactly as submitted unless design services have been specifically requested and purchased.

Do I need a transparent background?

For DTF transfers, yes. Transparent backgrounds are required for best results.

Do I mirror my artwork before submitting?

No. Please do not mirror or reverse your artwork.

How long does production take?

Typical production times are:

• DTF Transfers: 1–3 business days
• Sublimation Transfers: 1–3 business days
• Stickers & Decals: 3–5 business days
• Custom Apparel & Promotional Products: Varies by project

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We offer Canada-wide shipping.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup may be available in Lillooet, British Columbia.

What materials can DTF transfers be applied to?

DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, and many other garment types.

What materials work with sublimation transfers?

Sublimation works best on white or light-coloured polyester garments and sublimation-coated products.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Contact us if you require a custom size not listed on our website.

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?
